Home nursing provides nursing support at home, so care can continue in a familiar environment. Pee’s Care adapts support to each patient’s situation and works together with the patient, family, and the involved physician or care providers.

This service may be suitable for people who need nursing support after illness, during recovery, with a longer-term care need, or when extra guidance is needed to remain as comfortable as possible at home.
How the service works
After a care request, we first listen to the situation and expectations. We then discuss which nursing support may be possible and how it can be organised in Lokeren, Daknam, Eksaarde, or the surrounding areas.
